Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Specialist Gynaecologist to join a well-established healthcare facility in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive gynaecological care, including preventive services, diagnosis, and treatment of women s health conditions, while maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient and inpatient gynaecological care across a broad range of women s health conditions
Diagnose and manage gynaecological disorders, including menstrual disorders, infertility, menopause-related conditions, and infections
Perform minor and day-case gynaecological procedures as per scope of practice
Conduct routine screenings, including cervical cancer screening and women s health check-ups
Provide antenatal and postnatal gynaecological care where applicable
Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and CME activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements & Qualifications
Medical Degree with specialization in Gynaecology
Recognized Specialist-level certification (e.g., Arab Board, MRCOG, Western Board, or equivalent)
Eligibility for MOH medical licensure in Sharjah
Minimum post-qualification experience as per UAE regulatory requirements
Strong clinical, communication, and patient management skills
Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care
