Requirements

Medical degree with a valid license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction

Specialization in intensive care or critical care medicine

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an intensive care unit (ICU)

Expertise in critical care procedures, ventilator management, and patient monitoring

Strong analytical and clinical reasoning skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork and patient interaction
