In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality obstetric and gynecological care, ensuring that all patients receive compassionate treatment and evidence-based medical support. You will play a vital role in public health initiatives, educating patients and the community about women's health issues while adhering to government health standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical gynecological care and obstetric management, including prenatal check-ups and labor support.
Perform necessary surgical procedures in accordance with accepted medical practices.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans based on medical history and needs.
Engage in patient education regarding reproductive health, preventive care, and wellness practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the government facility to enhance community health outcomes.
Participate in public health programs and initiatives aimed at improving women's health in the community.
Maintain accurate and detailed records in compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialized training in obstetrics and gynecology.
Completion of residency program in obstetrics and gynecology.
Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology is highly desirable.
Experience in delivering both obstetric and gynecological care, particularly in a public health or government setting.
Strong surgical skills with a thorough understanding of current medical technologies.
Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and education.
Capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented government healthcare environment.
Commitment to high standards of patient care and ethical practices.
A valid medical license and eligibility for state or national registration as required.
