Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' dental and facial structures to diagnose orthodontic conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Utilize braces, aligners, and other orthodontic devices to correct misalignments.
Monitor and adjust treatment progress, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Educate patients and caretakers about oral hygiene and the proper care of orthodontic appliances.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient treatment.
Stay updated with the latest orthodontic advancements and participate in continuing education.
Requirements
Dental degree with specialization in orthodontics and a valid state license to practice.
Demonstrated experience in orthodontic care, including diagnosis and treatment planning.
Strong knowledge of contemporary orthodontic techniques and technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective patient engagement.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
