Key responsibilities:
Carry out comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic imaging and evaluations
Design and implement personalized orthodontic treatment plans utilizing various techniques
Provide ongoing patient care and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
Educate patients and their families about orthodontic procedures and best practices for oral hygiene
Collaborate with dental colleagues and specialists to deliver integrated care
Stay current with advancements in orthodontic technology and treatments
Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages patient comfort and satisfaction
Requirements
Doctorate in dentistry (DDS or DMD) with a specialization in orthodontics
3-5 years of clinical experience in an orthodontic setting
Thorough understanding of orthodontic principles and practices
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with modern orthodontic technology and software
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented practice
