Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview SSMC is seeking a highly competent Specialist ENT Physician to provide comprehensive Otolaryngology Head & Neck services within a tertiary-care academic hospital environment. The role includes outpatient, inpatient, and procedural responsibilities, supporting a high-volume referral center.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and head & neck region

Perform diagnostic nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and minor ENT procedures

Conduct elective ENT surgeries according to credentialing

Provide inpatient consultations and perioperative care

Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings

Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Engage in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

MBBS + recognized Specialist qualification in ENT

DOH Abu Dhabi License or eligibility

Minimum 3 5 years post-specialization experience

Experience in tertiary-care settings preferred
