Key Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose patients presenting with ENT conditions, including infections, hearing loss, and structural abnormalities.

Perform intricate surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.

Work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, including audiologists and speech therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.

Monitor patient recovery post-surgery and address any complications that may arise.

Educate patients and their families about treatment options, risks, and post-operative care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records for all patient interactions.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD) with specialization in Otolaryngology.

Board certification in ENT surgery is mandatory.

Current medical license to practice in the UAE.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical and surgical experience in ENT.

Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of ENT surgical procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient relationships.

A team-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic medical environment.
