We are currently seeking highly-motivated Staff Nurses to join our team in Cork Adult Day Services
Contract Type: Permanent.
Contract Hours: 27 hours per week
Salary Scale: €37,060 to €54,111 pro rata per annum.
This pay scale is subject to increase in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 Organisations
Annual Leave Entitlement: 33/34/36 days commensurate with experience pro rata per annum.
Overview of the Post:
The post holder will work as part of the Adult Services team supporting Service Owners and their families/carers within the region, providing excellent professional, skilled and effective person centred, evidence-based nursing care in line with New Directions.

The successful candidate will have
Essential Criteria:
Statutory Registration, Professional Qualifications, Experience, Etc
Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition:
(i) Be registered in the General Nurse Division of the Register of Nurses kept by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland [NMBI] (Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann).
And
Candidates must possess the requisite knowledge and ability, (including a high standard of clinical and administrative capacity), for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
Annual registration
On appointment, practitioners must maintain live annual registration on the General Nurse Division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland [NMBI] (Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann).
Be eligible to work in the state
Experience of working in a person-centred health or social care setting
Have such experience as will enable him/her to provide nursing duties as required.
Possess a full clean Manual driving license.
