Job Overview

We are hiring Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse / Head Nurse to support and lead nursing care delivery across various aged care facilities. The level of appointment will depend on experience and leadership capability.

This role involves providing clinical care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Nursing Duties

Provide comprehensive nursing care, including monitoring of vital signs and patient conditions

Administer medications and treatments according to medical protocols

Assist doctors and allied health professionals in clinical procedures

Respond promptly to medical emergencies

Patient Care & Monitoring

Monitor residents’ health status and ensure care plans are followed

Observe and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team

Support residents in activities of daily living (ADLs) when required

Maintain infection control and safety standards

Care Coordination & Documentation

Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning

Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Supervision & Leadership (Senior / Head Nurse)

Supervise and guide junior nurses, healthcare assistants, and support staff

Support staff training, development, and performance management

Assist in managing ward operations and ensuring smooth workflow

Lead nursing teams to ensure high standards of care delivery

Patient & Family Engagement

Communicate effectively with residents and family members regarding care plans

Provide education and guidance on care and post-discharge needs

Compliance & Safety

Adhere to clinical guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

Ensure safe use of medical equipment

Report incidents, risks, or safety concerns appropriately

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent

Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with valid practising certificate

Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience (seniority based on experience)

Experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community healthcare preferred

Strong clinical and patient care skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Working Locations

Multiple locations across Singapore (various aged care facilities)

Working Hours

Shift-based (varies by location)
