About The Role
This role is based within a modern day surgery centre, providing care across a range of surgical specialties. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, patient-centred care from admission through to recovery and discharge. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care, while supporting the wider team to maintain high clinical standards. The role requires strong decision-making skills, the ability to manage post-operative care effectively, and a commitment to delivering an excellent patient experience.
About You
You are a motivated and compassionate registered nurse with a strong commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care. You thrive in a dynamic surgical environment and are confident working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. With excellent clinical judgement and communication skills, you prioritise patient safety while maintaining dignity and respect at all times. You are proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to continuous professional development, ensuring your practice remains evidence-based and aligned with professional standards.
