Your Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents with complex needs
Develop and support delivery of specialist care including tracheostomy and ventilator care
Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with policies and Nursing and Midwifery Council guidance
Administer medications safely in line with prescribed guidelines and best practice
Uphold and promote the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, ensuring care is safe, effective, caring, and responsive
Monitor and report clinical risks and adverse events in line with governance procedures
Work collaboratively with the wider team to support both clinical care and patient wellbeing, including social engagement
What We're Looking For
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high standards of clinical care and continuous development
Interest in or experience with complex care
Experience in neuro rehabilitation environment
Awareness and understanding of current neuro health issues
Computer literacy skills
