Responsibilities

Provide high standards of nursing care.

Provide dedicated service with respect to patients’ spiritual and cultural beliefs.

Adhere to Patient Safety Goals in compliance with the standards set by the Ministry of Health.

Be a fast learner and computer literate.

Perform all other duties of a Registered Staff Nurse Practitioner.

Manage the department to ensure efficient and effective daily operational activities.

Provide supervision and guidance to junior nurses to ensure a high standard of nursing care is provided.

Plan and manage patient care in the department to fulfill and exceed customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Possess Post Basic/Degree/Diploma in Nursing and must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse.

Preferable candidate with experience in multidiscipline unit and Post Basic certificate.

Possess valid latest APC 2024.

Willing to be deployed and work on shifts.
