Tax Free

Salary Linked Benefits

Annual merit step increase (0 1 step based on performance).

End of service award according to Saudi Labour Law (Articles 84 & 85).

Travel & Transportation

Inbound flight for employee + eligible dependants on initial mobilisation.

Repatriation flight at end of service (conditions apply).

Annual return ticket for employee + dependants after completing one contract year.

Transport services provided from MNGHA housing where available.

Transport allowance (if not in MNGHA housing and no transport provided).

Housing

Provided accommodation for employee and eligible dependants (subject to availability).

Housing allowance if no accommodation is allocated:

Associate Consultant: 55,000 SAR/year

Consultant: 60,000 SAR/year

Professional Development

Professional leave (up to 7 consecutive days) to attend conferences/meetings.

If approved as paid leave, MNGHA covers travel, registration fees, and related costs.

Mid Year Benefit (Single status employees only)

Once per contract year:

10 days paid leave or

Round trip ticket to point of hire.

Education Allowance

Up to 23,000 SAR per child per year (Grades 1 12).

Additional 5,000 SAR for dependants in Grades 10 12 studying abroad.

Medical Care

Medical care for accompanied status employees and dependants (excluding cosmetic procedures, dental, fertility/IVF).

Leaves

Annual leave: 30 calendar days.

Public holidays: Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Founding Day, National Day.

Compassionate leave: 7 days (no ticket).

Sick leave:

30 days full pay

60 days at 75% pay

30 days unpaid

Maternity leave: Up to 10 weeks paid.

Paternity leave: 3 days paid.

Bereavement (Idda) leave for Muslim widows: 130 days; non Muslim widows: 15 days.

Marriage leave: 5 days paid.

Administrative leave: 10 days/year (non accruable) in lieu of overtime/on call.

Emergency leave: 7 days paid (in case of death of direct relatives).
