Signing Bonus: Up to $25,000 upon contract signature

Salary: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year

Work Setting: In-person

We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse specializing in the Surgery Unit at Chaleur Regional Hospital.

Your main mission will be to participate in the planning, organization, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, and policies of the Vitalité Health Network. You will determine and respond to the individual needs of surgical patients and their families during the preoperative, intraoperative, and immediate postoperative periods.

Requirements:

Registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB);

Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate;

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

Physical capacity to perform the assigned work;

Good previous work record (performance and attendance);

Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;

Compliance with the confidentiality rules of the Vitalité Health Network.
