# Job Description

## Female Therapist - Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba

Deliver professional massage therapy, facial and body treatments while maintaining current industry standards and knowledge.

Provide exceptional and attentive service to all guests and members.

### Your Responsibilities:

- Provide massage services while ensuring client comfort at all times

- Perform facial and body treatments according to your certification and training

- Arrive on time for all appointments and complete thorough post-treatment assessments

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Keep adequate supplies of products, oils, lotions, towels, sheets, and other necessary materials organized and readily available

- Prepare treatment kits as needed

- Interact courteously with members and guests, answering facility-related questions professionally

### Required Experience and Skills:

- Perform specialized treatments including exfoliation treatments and herbal wraps

- Coordinate spa services with other wellness programs

- Stay current with industry trends in body treatments

- Actively promote spa services to hotel guests and members

- Maintain current professional licenses and certifications

- Report equipment malfunctions to the operations manager

- Collaborate with the body therapy supervisor on project planning and improvements

### Your Work Environment and Team:

- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting

- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills

- Relevant diplomas and certifications required

- Comprehensive knowledge of spa operations, including business communications, guest relations, treatment services (massage, exfoliation, facials, etc.), and retail sales
