The Challenges

Assist in the delivery of nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or physician.

Perform general clinic nursing duties, including phlebotomy and assisting in clinic‑based procedures in accordance with established protocols.

Support pre‑ and post‑procedure care, admission coordination, and discharge processes.

Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure smooth and safe patient care delivery.

Conduct Eye and Foot Screening according to clinic protocols, and promptly escalate “At‑Risk” findings to the supervising Registered Nurse, physician, and/or Podiatrist as required.

Provide basic patient education, counselling support, and monitoring for chronic disease management and health promotion under supervision.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with institutional and regulatory standards.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer or department management.

Job Requirements

NITEC / Higher NITEC in Nursing

Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as an Enrolled Nurse.

Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant clinical or outpatient nursing experience preferred.

Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Good interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Adaptable, responsible, and able to function well in a fast‑paced clinic environment.
