Job description:-
You will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing consultation, education, and guidance to hospital staff on infection prevention and control practices. The role involves continuous surveillance, analysis, and reporting of infection incidents, as well as the implementation and monitoring of infection control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with hospital and national standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation and education to hospital staff on infection control policies, procedures, and best practices
Conduct surveillance of healthcare-associated infections and perform data analysis and reporting
Monitor infection trends and investigate infection outbreaks or incidents
Implement, review, and evaluate infection control policies and procedures
Support departments in maintaining compliance with infection prevention standards
Collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient safety and infection control outcomes
Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training programs
Job Requirements
State Registered Nurse with 3–4 years of clinical experience
Experience as an Infection Control Link Nurse is an added advantage
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
