Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Specialist / Consultant Urologist to join the clinical team at premium Hospital in Sharjah. The role involves delivering high-quality urological care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions in adult (and where applicable, pediatric) patients

Perform urological procedures and surgeries, including endoscopic and minimally invasive interventions

Manage conditions such as kidney stones, prostate disorders, urinary tract infections, and male reproductive health issues

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and continuing medical education

Desired Candidate Profile

Eligibility & Requirements

Recognized specialist qualification in Urology

Eligible for MOH / DHA license in the UAE

Experience as a Specialist or Consultant Urologist in a hospital setting

Strong procedural and surgical skills (endourology and minimally invasive techniques preferred)

Subspecialty interests (e.g., Andrology, Laparoscopic Urology, or Female Urology) are advantageous

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Excellent communication and patient care skills
