Primary Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose patients with a variety of vascular conditions using comprehensive assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing surgical and non-surgical options.
Perform advanced vascular surgical procedures, including but not limited to endovascular and open surgeries.
Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure optimal recovery and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide holistic patient care.
Educate patients on treatment options, prevention strategies, and recovery processes.
Engage in research and clinical trials to stay at the forefront of advancements in vascular surgery.
Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations and policies.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Completed residency in general surgery followed by a fellowship in vascular surgery.
Board certified in vascular surgery.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a vascular surgery setting.
Proficient in a wide range of vascular interventions and surgical techniques.
Strong clinical skills and excellent diagnostic abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
Commitment to patient care and continuous professional development.
Valid medical license to practice in the applicable state.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
