Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics for patients with vascular disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include surgical and non-surgical options tailored to patient needs.

Perform a range of vascular surgeries including endovascular procedures, varicose vein treatments, and arterial reconstructions.

Monitor and manage patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring optimal recovery and follow-up.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.

Educate patients and their families about vascular health, treatment options, and postoperative management.

Engage in ongoing education and clinical research to stay informed about advancements in vascular surgery.

Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from a recognized institution.

Completion of residency training in general surgery and fellowship training in vascular surgery.

Board certification in vascular surgery is preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in a vascular surgery practice.

Expertise in open and minimally invasive vascular surgical techniques.

Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to high standards of patient care and continuous professional development.

Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state.
