At Traumacare Health Group, the exclusive importer of B. Braun Avitum in Greece, we are expanding our team and looking for a Wound Care & Ostomy Specialist based in Athens.
Inspired by B. Braun’s philosophy, “Sharing Expertise,” this role combines clinical excellence, education, and meaningful contribution to patient care in the field of wound care and ostomy.

Reports to: Business Unit Manager
Employment type: Full-time | Field-based
What you will do
Support and educate healthcare professionals on advanced wound care and ostomy solutions
Deliver high-quality clinical training, workshops, and in-field support in hospitals and clinics
Provide expert technical and clinical guidance to healthcare providers
Promote advanced wound care solutions, including infection prevention applications within the portfolio
Support healthcare professionals in understanding reimbursement and documentation procedures related to EOPYY
Collaborate closely with the Sales team and the wider Business Unit to strengthen clinical excellence and customer support
Monitor market developments, clinical best practices, and emerging trends in wound and ostomy care
Contribute to the organization and coordination of educational and scientific activities
Demonstrate the ability to take ownership, coordinate stakeholders effectively, and grow into broader commercial or team leadership responsibilities over time
What we are looking for
Degree in Nursing or a related Health Sciences field
Certification or specialization in Wound Care and/or Ostomy Care will be considered a strong asset
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar clinical or field-based role
Good knowledge of medical devices and clinical support practices
Solid understanding of EOPYY procedures, reimbursement processes, and prescription-related documentation
Strong presentation, training, and scientific communication skills
Organizational and coordination skills, with the potential to take on future team leadership responsibilities
A professional, patient-centric, and solution-oriented approach
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic clinical environments
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Ability to travel within the Athens metropolitan area
What we offer
Gross annual salary: €33,600
